“The Stressor stop” is an automatic unconscious strategy that recognises any of your old stressor beliefs or values and any external stressors that act on your Amygdala gland, which processes all emotional related information and really starts the process that ends up pumping lots more cortisol into your system.
“Stressor stops” prevent stressors from getting at and thus not acting on your Amygdala gland.
When your “stressor stops ” prevent stressors getting to your Amygdala, the stress messaging system is not activated, therefore; no extra cortisol, no overheated emotions and no repeat of that fatal reaction you hate so much because you know you are out of control.
