New remote training and coaching in Neurofault Protection is now being tested on Skype.
The process of MindPower Recognition and latterly the Neuro Fault Protection program evolved out of the study and analysis of serious burnout.
This research included the complex stress hormones and brain cell damage involved in the prolonged high stress, overwhelm and burnout process.
The initial objective concerned burnout recovery until it was foud that recovery was the worst thing possible. Now we focus on all that is necessary for healing and moving forward.
The direction of research was in creating new brain cells, new thinking patterns and strategies also new thinking pathways.
The burnout inquiry revealed the importance of decision making, errors, including limiting beliefs, limiting values and limiting habitual behaviours.
These factors were found not only to be main contributors to the burnout process but also their faulty nature of thinking patterns were found to become more intensive thus perpetually accelerating the burnout process.
The study of burnout led to the most amazing performance enhancement program called Neuro-fault Protection.
It is well known in the field of excellence coaching that these three elements are prominent drivers of everything we think.
They dominate the choices you make and the decisions and actions you take whether consciously or subconsciously.
The process of constantly growing inappropriate choices, actions and behaviours feeds stress, therefore, develops a progressive cycle of triggering more limiting beliefs, values and behaviours, which leads to a greater intensity of stress.
Thus you develop ever higher mental and emotional stress as more things continue to go wrong in your life and performance. This leads to increased production of the stress hormone cortisol, the destruction of mass cell poisoning also a perpetuating faulty thinking scenario resulting in a loss of self confidence.
The loss of self confidence contributes to a diminishing level of performance. One key to this process is the distant hereditary origins of all beliefs, values and behaviours.
Therefore to change faulty thinking the obvious answer is change those limiting drivers. The great problem is this; there are so many of these limiters, finding them then changing or eliminating any of them is a mammoth task with uncertain consequences, reliability or of any indication of permanence.
After many years of research and testing, a better solution was found to deal with all negative drivers, known or unknown, which the brain seemes to prefer to previous methods.
